To simplify your planning, our rates are American Plan, including everything for your comfort and pleasure. WHEN REVIEWING OUR RATES, REMEMBER, EVERYHTING IS INCLUDED, EXCEPT TAX (Colorado taxes approx 5%) AND ANY OPTIONAL CHARGES AS LISTED BELOW. Gratuities are included . All weeks are Sunday (3 PM) to Saturday (10 AM). Three day stays are Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

We accept personal checks, travelers checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover.
Confirmed reservations (upon receipt of deposit of $500.00 per person), will be refunded, less a $100.00 service charge (per person), if notice of cancellation is received by mail at least EIGHT weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Because of the difficulty of filling a cabin on short notice, we hope you understand this policy. If you cancel after the eight week requirement the entire deposit is forfeited. If you must leave before the scheduled departure date, WE MUST CHARGE FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD. Please ask about trip cancellation insurance.
The Optional PrePay is refundable in full until 8 weeks prior to arrival, after which it is non-refundable.
Groups of 10 or more are required to PrePay by April 1, 2008.
