WHEN COMPARING RATES, remember our rates are all inclusive and include a service charge. Gratuities are not expected, yet appreciated and are split between the staff equally.  Rates do not include alcohol, trading post purchases, taxes (about 5%) or optional activities (listed below).  Our traditional six night weekly stays start with Sunday check in (3 PM) and go through Saturday check out (10 AM).  We ask that if you are seeking a three night stay you request either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.  B&B stays are listed under a seperate page, and have a two night minimum and maximum.

All inclusive package includes: Lodging, meals, horseback riding, cattle work, trail riding, riding instruction, fishing at the ranch, evening entertainment, hayride, roping lessons, youth program, waterskiing and tubing at Vallecito lake.

When comparing rates please remember the all inclusive package includes a service charge and no gratuity is expected. 

Children under 3 are free: Please note child care is available with advance reservation and confirmation. ($15/Hour)

  Taste the Best of the West Promotion: 3 nights stay which includes accommodations in our well-appointed, rustic cabins; scrumptious, made-to-order breakfasts; one horseback ride on stunning mountain trails; and a variety of Ranch activities including pond fishing, relaxing at the pool and the hot tub; hiking; and sightseeing in the most scenic area in the southwest. 

Rates: $750/adult, $550/child ages 3-17. Request check-in on Sunday or Wednesday at 3:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am. Upgrade to an all-inclusive package may be available. This is a temporary promotion; rates are subject to change.

Family reunions! GROUPS...Renting the entire ranch?  Yes! It is possible to rent the entire ranch for a six nights all inclusive stay!  Space is limited, however a few weeks are available in 2010 .  Call now to discuss your dates and group needs. Perfect for groups of 25-40 people! Custom itineraries can be accomodated.

Please call the ranch at (970) 247-0722 or (800) 52-Ranch.  You may email your request to WTR@wildernesstrails.com.  In all email request please include your phone number, full names/ages and best time to call, so that we may contact you regarding your confirmed reservation.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation ($800.00 per person, for a full six nights stay, Sunday to Saturday)

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable if cancelled 120 days prior to arrival minus a $100/person service fee.  Deposits can be applied towards a future reservation for a nominal $25/person service fee. Should you need to leave early or prior to the scheduled departure date, we must charge for original booking dates and no refunds will be issued.  

Prepay by March 1, 2010 and receive a $75 per person discount!

Groups of 10 or more require full payment 120 days prior to arrival.  Group payments are non-refundable, however monies can be applied towards a future reservation if cancelled 120 days prior to arrival for a service fee.  Groups of 10 or more are required to purchase travel insurance.
