All-inclusive stays are available from 3 to 6 nights. Although each night you spend on the Ranch is magical, you will receive the most benefit from our 6 nights stay, which includes one free natural horsemanship clinic and many more opportunities throughout the week to explore our incredible mountain setting and to bond with family, new-found friends and our fabulous staff. The traditional all-inclusive stay starts with 3pm Sunday check-in and goes through through 10am Saturday check-out. The 6 nights stay is our most popular choice; call early to guarantee availability. Our rates already include the service charge, so no gratuity is expected!

Reservations

In all email requests please include your phone number, full names/ages and best time to call, so that we may contact you regarding your confirmed reservation.
A deposit of $800/person for a 6-night package or $400/person for a 3-night all-inclusive package is necessary to make a reservation. For Bed and Breakfast stays, a 50% deposit secures a reservation. We accept personal checks, travelers checks, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover. International guests are asked to call in a credit card number over the phone as sending via email is not secure. Our international Phone number is 001-970-247-0722.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable if cancelled 120 days prior with a $100/person service fee. Deposits can be applied towards a future reservation for $25/person if changed 120 days prior to arrival. Should you need to leave early or prior to the scheduled departure date, we must charge for original booking dates and no refunds will be issued.
Groups of 10 or more require prepayment 120 days prior to arrival. Group prepayments are non-refundable. Groups of 10 or more are required to purchase travel insurance.
To avoid loss of deposits or monies paid and/or other cost involved in travel, such as delay, necassary cancellation, emergencies, etc., we highly recommend travel insurance! Please ask us for details or visit www.travelguard.com.
RENTING THE ENTIRE RANCH? YES!
Rent the entire ranch for a six nights traditional all inclusive vacation. Space is limited, however some weeks may be available in 2010. Call now to discuss your groups needs. Maximum occupancy is approximately 32-40 people. The ranch has a total of nine 2 and 3 bedroom well appointed cabins. Of course it would not be complete without our beautiful lodge set in the famous Colorado mountains! If you want special, call us!
