Indulge, unwind, and breathe the clean mountain air. Join WTR for a truly exceptional B&B package in your own private cabin nestled amongst spruce and pine. Lounge by the pool or soak in the hot tub. Fish one of the ranch's several stocked ponds--we'll prepare your rainbow trout for breakfast!

Our hearty ranch-style breakfasts are made-to-order and feature a daily special, eggs any style, pancakes, french toast, potatos, sausage, bacon, and ham. Wrap your hands around a steaming cup of coffee and graze from our continental breakfast bar. The view from our dining room is unmatched--now this is Colorado!

B&B stays are limited and not always available. Preference is given to our all inclusive guests. There is a 15% service charge added on.

Check-in is 3:00pm; Check-out is 10:00am Reservations require a 2 night minimum/maximum. If you would like to stay 3 Nights or longer you must convert to an all inclusive package.
There is a 15% service charge.

Private access to wilderness hiking trails An extra night can be added onto an all inclusive package, at the B&B rate if reservation is made at the same time as the all inclusive stay.

*Please consider our all inclusive 3-6 nights packages, which include accomodations, three meals a day, horseprogram, youth program, ranch activities, evening entertainment and service charge, so no gratuity is added on or expected. 3 nights stays are requested to check in Sunday or Wednesday 4,5 & 6 nights stays are requested to check in on Sunday B&B stays are requested to check in for Friday or Saturday, and limited in availabilty

**All B&B guests will be required (by Colorado law) to sign an Assumption of Risk Release for the various activities in which they may be involved while at the ranch. All horseback riders must receive riding instructions before any rides also due to Colorado Law**
