We seek self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, and conscientious employees. Employees must be available for our entire season. Please do not apply if you need to leave the ranch to attend weddings, functions, or for any other reason. It is a short season, and we need our entire staff for the entire season. Most of our staff must be available to work from mid-May through the end of August. We also hire several employees to begin in early May and stay through early October. Please remember working at the ranch is not a paid vacation. The work is hard and the days are long. Additionally, you eat, sleep, and work with your fellow employees. This is far from a typical job, however, work at the ranch provides far from typical benefits. Printable version of job descriptions (PDF - 64 KB) and an application (PDF - 72 KB). If you can provide written references, a detailed work history, and, for wrangler positions, photos and videos of you riding and handling horses, you will have a better opportunity to secure a job!
