Enjoy the mountains in spring or while fall colors slowly meander down our valley. Singles, couples, parents who need a break, this is your time: no phone, no TV, no meetings, no worries.

We offer many of the same activities as summer, but take a maximum of 25 guests per week! Take time to relax and encounter the wilderness. Survey the solitude and serenity of a Rocky Mountain night sky. You may never experience so many stars again!

Ride or take a break from the saddle to fish, hike, soak, or indulge in a massage. Evening entertainment includes sing-a-longs, hayrides, guitar pickin’, and dance lessons.

Avid Rider? Our adults-only weeks offer our most flexible and progressive riding program. Ride all day every day, trailblaze, focus on natural horsemanship, or learn to rope! This is an ideal time of year for horse fanatics to create the ultimate riding vacation.

Ride the Colors of the Fall September 26 - October 2

Experience the absolute peak of Colorado's fall colors during this extraordinary week. Intermediate and advanced riders ride all day, every day. Stunning days in the saddle explore the adjoining Piedra and Weminuche Wilderness Areas as our aspen and oak trees glow in shades of crimson, yellow, and orange. Awaken to the majestic call of bull elk in rut and sleep to the sounds of Colorado's largest wilderness. Many guests have been coming to this special week for years, and they wouldn’t miss it for anything! This intimate week is limited to 15 riders.
