EMPLOYMENT

Thank you for your interest in joining our outstanding team at WTR! Our staff is the backbone of our operation, and the key element in creating an unmatched experience for our guests.

We seek self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, and conscientious employees. Employees must be available for our entire season. Please do not apply if you need to leave the ranch to attend weddings, functions, or for any other reason. It is ia short season, and we need our entire staff for the entire season.

Most of our staff must be available to work from May 20 through August 25, we will hire a few employees to begin work as late as June 3 and depart August 18. We also hire several employees to begin in early May and stay through early October.

Please remember working at the ranch is not a paid vacation. The work is hard and the days are long. Additionally, you eat, sleep, and work with your fellow employees. This is far from a typical job, however, work at the ranch provides far from typical benefits.
